the car is on the track... what if the tram come from the other direction adn the ccar is still there? do tram have breaks? tram and car share the same road? then how are you going to know when is tram coming?
so many questions.... heheheh coz in this part of world...we do not have tram.. we have rails and subway
Z., those tracks are exclusively for the tram, the car shouldn't be there at all. But de to the lack of parking area here, any small corner will do, so a lot of people park on the side roads. The trams have good brakes but are not supposed to deal with such things. I was bloody scared when trying to park there once. Most of the times, the problem comes when the car is parked too close to the tracks and the tram cannot pass. Then it's a hell for everybody! Some roads are shared between the two, though, but trams are so slow usually that people can see them coming from far away and take the appropriate action :)

By the way, the car in the tracks was either leaving or parking at the side. It could not stay there much longer.
