Stormy skies, and rain, after months of unusual sunshine...

Strange effect... what did you do to this photo?!

Hello girl, I'm having problems posting here today! Well, the picture was just converted to Sepia and a bit of noise added. It didn't work very well, now that I see it. Get this program to help you put some effects and change the frame:

http://www.mediachance.com/
files/az43p205493/PureImFull.exe

And this one, for B/W conversion, it's great:

digicam/bworks.htm

Just join the two lines in each case to go to the link.
Yes, this template is not that great, I'm only using it as it allows me to post bigger pictures. I'm still looking for a nicer one, or I'll just go back to the old one.
Big Hug

I like the speckled noise effect. I think it works nicely. But I haven't seen the original which is probably very nice too. After seeing what everyone is doing to 'enhance' their fun shots, I really want to get back to my husband's computer which has a photo program and play too! Nicely done. (And I like the template changes...variety is the spice of life!)

Hi Milan! :)
I had some troubles finding the programs you advised me to download... actually I haven't found the B&W converter... but that's ok, since I don't like that much B&W! :) The other program I guess I'm downloading right now ("guess" since I'm not quiet sure it's the same program you advised me to, because I had to find it myself, step by step from www.mediachance.com or otherwise it wouldn't work...).
Anyway, I use Picasa to do some changes in my photos... but I usually never like the canges and keep the photos natural! :)

Oh... and yesterday I downloaded PhotoShop8 but I can't figure out how to work with it... and it's just a 30-day trial version, so I guess I won't be able to learn in time! lol

Hi Metal girl :) It takes time to learn those things, I myself can hardly do anything. Try to download Pure Image from that link I gave. It's usually quite enough to edit pictures (contrast, sharpness and do on).

K., Pure Image is usually very good, and small, so it can be installed anywhere. But your pictures seem so good that I'm sure that you hardly edit anything at all :)))

Thanks Milan, I appreciate the encouragement! And I have to say the same for your photography. You have a great eye for the total landscape shot. Your distance shots are always filled with interest and great composition. :)
